The funeral flower arrangement was just as I wanted it to be. It was delivered on time. I appreciated that Mrs. B’s sent a picture as I could not attend the service. I appreciated that online ordering was available and easy to use, and I appreciated the follow-up email letting me know the flowers were delivered. Most flower shops don’t provide all those services.
